My name is Margaret and I am the Director of Resident Care. I have had the pleasure of working in senior living for the past 10 years. My passion lies within Assisted Living & Memory Care where I can provide my residents with the highest quality of care. I currently hold my Certified Dementia Practitioners’ certificate as well as my Core Training which allow me the knowledge and training needed to provide support and leadership within the community. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son Austin and our Australian Shepherd Buddy.

Hello, I’m Vilmaliz Pacheco “Vilma” the LPN here at Rosecastle at Deerwood. Over my 10yr nursing career, my absolute passion has been providing compassionate care and bringing joy to the elderly. I do what I love every day, especially listening to our residents’ incredible life stories and ensuring they feel safe, valued, and comfortable. My favorite part is treating all residents, families, and staff with kindness and respect to assure a positive and calm atmosphere. On my free time I enjoy outdoor activities and spending quality time with my loved ones.

In my spare time I volunteer to play my guitar and sing the songs that they grew up singing. For me, they might not remember my name but I know I made them feel loved.

I have devoted 14 years as a medical assistant and gained additional experience in various assisted living and memory care communities as a concierge. I am very pleased to be a part the Rosecastle team. In my down time, I find peace in my Christian faith, and I enjoy spending time with my son.
